Cassandra Critz

Cassandra Critz has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Cassandra started their career at Vera Bradley in 2009 as a Shipping Clerk and worked there until 2014. Cassandra then joined Scadata Scientific, LLC as a Customer Service Representative from 2014 to 2015. Afterward, Cassandra worked at Carlex Glass America, LLC as a Line Operator from 2015 to 2016. In 2018, they joined Meyer Plastics, Inc. as an Inside Sales representative for a year. Cassandra later joined Windows Direct USA of Cincinnati where they held multiple roles, including Inside Sales Representative from 2019 to 2020, Call Center & CRM Manager from 2020 to 2022, and currently serves as the Admin & Ops Director.

Cassandra Critz began their education journey in 2013 at Ivy Tech Community College, where they pursued studies in Accounting and Finance. Cassandra attended Ivy Tech Community College for four years until 2017. In 2020, Cassandra enrolled at Xavier University to further their education in Organizational Leadership. Cassandra is currently pursuing their degree at Xavier University.
