Yulia Zatvarska

Yulia Zatvarska is a seasoned Ground Customer Service Representative at Lviv International Airport since May 2018, providing comprehensive service to passengers while ensuring compliance with aviation standards. Concurrently, Yulia serves as a Passenger Service Agent and Representative for WINDROSE airlines, where responsibilities include assisting with flight reservations, managing team schedules, and promoting the company's brand. In addition, Yulia operates as a Private English Tutor, offering mentoring and exam preparation for students since June 2014. Previous experience includes volunteer English teaching for children and holding academic degrees in English philology from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, including a Master's degree obtained in 2019.
