Angel Durazo

Angel Durazo has extensive work experience in various managerial roles within the agriculture and manufacturing industries. Angel most recently held the position of Packhouse Operations Director at Windset Farms, starting in August 2022. Prior to this role, they served as Packhouse Sr. Manager at Windset Farms from November 2013 to September 2022.

Before joining Windset Farms, Angel worked at NatureSweet as a Packing Plant Manager from April 2013 to October 2013. In this role, they were responsible for leading a cross-functional team and managing daily operations related to supply chain, packing, logistics, shipping, and warehouse.

Angel also gained significant experience at Eurofresh Inc., where they held the positions of Packing Plant Manager and Packhouse Supervisor. As Packing Plant Manager from January 2005 to April 2013, they oversaw packhouse operations and supervised a team of supervisors and team leaders. Early in Angel's career, they worked at Tyco as a Manufacturing Engineer from January 1999 to June 2002. In this role, they were responsible for developing new product runs, designing tools, and managing corrective actions for rejections and complaints.
