Tesla Rindels has a diverse work experience ranging from teaching and child development to survivor advocacy and healthcare. Tesla began their career in 2014 as a Teaching Assistant at Hilltop Child Development Center, where they facilitated children's learning through sign language and self-awareness. In 2015, they served as a Survivor Advocate at The Willow Domestic Violence Center, providing support and basic case management to survivors. From 2016 to 2018, Tesla worked as a Discharge Planning Assistant at Saint Peter's Healthcare System, focusing on coordinating needs for patients' discharge. Tesla then transitioned to CareOne Management LLC as a Director of Community Relations for a brief period in 2018. From 2018 to 2020, Tesla worked as a Clinical Community Liaison at The Francis E Parker Memorial Home, before joining Rose Mountain Rehab and Care Center in 2020 as the Director of Marketing. Their most recent role is with Windsor Healthcare, where they started in 2021 and currently serves as the Regional Director of Marketing and Business Development.
Tesla Rindels attended the University of Kansas from 2012 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Social Welfare degree. Following graduation, in June 2017, Tesla obtained the certification of Certified Social Worker from the Board of Social Work Examiners.
