Michael Bublitz

Michael Bublitz is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Area Director of Finance at Renaissance Asheville Hotel since September 2022. Prior to this role, Bublitz held several director-level finance positions at various hotels, including the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee and The Stella Hotel. Michael also has management experience as General Manager at Hotel Retlaw and has served as Corporate Controller for Legendary Hotels LLC. Bublitz’s finance career began with a focus on controllership roles at Delaware North Companies and The Iron Horse Hotel, among others. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, Economics, and Mathematics from Morehead State University, earned between 2002 and 2005.
