Scott Brush

Scott L Brush has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Scott L currently holds the role of Director of Development at the Windsor/Essex County Humane Society since 2023. Prior to this, they served as Launch Manager at Indwell from 2021 to 2023. From 2010 to 2021, Scott worked at Ray of Hope Inc., where they held multiple roles including Director of Development, Chief Development Officer, and Communications & Resource Manager. Scott L also worked at the Ontario Ministry of Children and Youth Services as a Chaplain at the Roy McMurtry Youth Centre from 2009 to 2010. Scott started their career at Banyan Community Services as a Child & Youth Worker at the Arrell Youth Centre in 2002. Scott L has also held pastoral roles at Cypress Bible Church and Faith Baptist Church. Overall, Scott has vast experience in development roles, working with youth, and leveraging partnerships to drive fundraising success.

Scott L Brush has a Certificate in Senior Leadership & Management in the Not-For-Profit Sector from Conestoga College, obtained from 2013 to 2019. Scott L also holds a Master of Theological Studies (MTS) degree in the Generalist Track from Heritage College and Seminary, achieved from 1991 to 1994. Additionally, Scott L Brush has a Bachelor of Religious Education (BRE) degree in Bible/Biblical Studies with a Counselling Minor, earned from Heritage College and Seminary, between 1988 and 1991.
