Morgan Fausett is an experienced professional in the wine and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Midwest Portfolio Manager for Winebow since July 2018, overseeing a diverse wine portfolio with annual gross sales of $15M across three states. Previous roles include significant positions at Fat Baby Inc, where Fausett held multiple titles, including Sommelier and General Manager, and played a key role in achieving accolades like Wine Spectator’s “Best of Award-Winning” wine list. Fausett also contributed to the success of Del Campo as Assistant General Manager and Beverage Director, leading the beverage management for the restaurant's opening and earning recognition from Esquire.
