Ryan Hays is an accomplished professional in the wine industry, currently serving as District Manager at Winebow since April 2014, where successful management of sales teams across Southern California led to significant revenue growth and multiple accolades, including Manager/Sales Team of the Year from 2018 to 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Crown Point Winery as a Sales Executive & Production Assistant, and at Right Side LLC dba Repris Wines as a Production Assistant, where oversight of distributor relations and marketing initiatives contributed to enhanced operational efficiencies and brand presence. Early experience spans various positions in the wine sector and finance, including a Credit Officer role at Bank of the West, where a substantial lending portfolio was developed. Ryan holds a double Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness and Wine & Viticulture from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
