Brian Adatto

Brian Adatto is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in the culinary and hospitality industries, currently serving as a Wine Sales Specialist at Wines for Humanity since 2020. Prior experience includes owning The Strawberry Tap, a micropub known for its American comfort foods, and working as Executive Chef at Victory Sports Bar. Brian's early career includes serving as a Police Officer with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from the Institute of Culinary Education and an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Passaic County Community College.
