Whitney P.

Whitney P. has over 13 years of professional experience in the fields of business operations, management, and consulting. Whitney began their career in 2007 as an Intern at Northwestern University in the Faculty and Staff Information Systems (FASIS) department. In 2008, they moved into the role of HRIS Support Assistant, where they provided technical support for Oracle IT system modules and completed university staff and faculty payroll. In 2012, they became a Business Analyst Associate at Northwestern University, where they were responsible for communication and training plan management for new federal policy, website design and implementation for a new university compliance office, and analysis and development of business processes.

In 2013, Whitney P. began working at Microbiome Labs as the Director of Operations. During their tenure there, they were responsible for overall daily operations and marketing strategy, as well as product development. In 2017, they moved to Rebel Health Tribe, Inc. as the Director of Operations. Two years later, they joined Winestyr as the Division: Warehouse Operations. In 2018, Whitney P. also began working with Just Thrive | Probiotic & Vitamin K2-7 a DMS Natural Health Company as the Director of Education & Sales Development | Contract Consultant. Whitney is currently the VP of Fulfillment, Warehouse Operations at Winestyr, a position they have held since 2022. Additionally, Whitney P. is the Founder | Management & Operations Consultant of Prudden Consulting, LLC, a role they have held since 2009.

Whitney P. obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business between 2004 and 2008. Whitney then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration & Global Business in China from Hamline University between 2010 and 2012. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business between 2004 and 2008. Whitney also holds certifications from NSF International in 21 CFR 111 Dietary Supplement GMP Overview and Dietary Supplements: Vendor Qualification and Audit Training.
