Eric Pureza

Eric Pureza is a seasoned professional in customer success and management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Wing Assistant since February 2023. Previously, Eric held roles at Eleven Talents as a Customer Success Manager from June 2021 to March 2023 and worked as an Administrative Assistant. From January 2017 to September 2021, Eric was with IHG Philippines, progressing through multiple positions including Team Manager, Seasonal Team Manager, and Lead Peer Coach, along with serving as a Reservations Agent. Earlier experience includes working as a Call Center Agent at Sitel S.A. and a Supervisor at Teleperformance.
