Alex Handley

Alex Handley is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in backend development and technical infrastructure. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Wing since February 2020, Alex focuses on technical infrastructure and IT systems automation, prioritizing the reduction of technical debt and the foresight needed for future infrastructure needs. Prior to this role, Alex worked at Google as a Software Engineer, contributing to the TAP Presubmit and Kokoro Internal CI Service, and managing various aspects of cluster workflow and API design. Earlier experiences include a college internship at Northrop Grumman, and roles at Google and MITRE, where Alex developed skills in data processing and software development. Alex holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics from George Mason University.
