Mark Roth

Mark Roth has extensive work experience in the real estate industry, primarily in executive roles. Mark currently serves as the Managing Director at Wingate Companies, where they are responsible for identifying and managing acquisition and development opportunities across the country. Mark plays a key role in establishing relationships with brokers, lenders, and equity partners to support Wingate's acquisitions. Prior to their role at Wingate, Mark served as the Executive Managing Director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank from 2015 to 2022. Mark also had a long tenure at Cushman & Wakefield, where they held the position of Executive Director for over three decades, from 1984 to 2015. Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated their expertise in real estate investment, acquisitions, and property management.

Mark Roth attended Babson College from 1980 to 1984 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management.
