Andrew Perkins

Andrew Perkins is an experienced research professional with a robust background in the property and development sectors. Currently serving as Research Director at Wingate since April 2021, Andrew previously held the position of National Research and Development Manager at Metricon from July 2019 to March 2021. Prior roles include General Manager of Research and Business Development at Red23 and National Head of Research at Oliver Hume Corporation. Andrew's career began in research management and direction at Urban Enterprise, JLL, and Macroplan. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Property from RMIT University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Latrobe University.
