Johanna Flury has a variety of work experience in the field of human resources. Johanna is currently working at WinGD - Winterthur Gas & Diesel as an HR Manager and Team Leader. Prior to this, they worked at Eldora AG as the Operative HR Manager for the German-speaking region from November 2016 to February 2023. Johanna also had a brief role as a Project Manager at AOZ (Asylorganisation Zürich) & Klientin beim FAU Fokus Arbeit und Umfeld in Zurich from June 2016 to November 2016.

Before joining Eldora AG, Johanna took a sabbatical and was actively searching for new opportunities from December 2015 to June 2016. Johanna previously held the position of HR Professional at BIOTRONIK from November 2012 to November 2015. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at CSC from 2010 to 2012.

Earlier in their career, Johanna worked as a HR Manager at VIA MAT MANAGEMENT AG from January 2007 to July 2010, and as a HR Manager at Tchibo (Schweiz) AG from March 2006 to December 2006. Johanna also served as a Human Resources Manager at Promotion-Tools AG from November 2003 to February 2006. Johanna started their HR career as a Personnel Clerk at Sabelag (Sam's, Han & Nelson Betriebe) in Zurich from 2002 to 2003.

Johanna Flury has a diverse education history. In 1991, they attended Theresianum Ingenbohl in Brunnen, where they obtained an eidg. Handelsdiplom after completing a three-year Handelsmittelschule program.

In 2000, Johanna Flury enrolled in the HTF Hotel- und Touristikfachschule - HGF Hohere Gastgewerbliche Fachschule, earning a Diploma as a Hotelier-Restaurateur HF (Hohere Fachschule) three years later in 2003.

Johanna Flury continued their education in the field of human resources, completing a one-year program to become a Personalfachfrau with eidg. Fachausweis at the NBW Netzwerk fur betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung in 2005.

In 2008, Johanna Flury pursued a 3-year Ausbildung in Transaktionsanalyse at the Eric Berne Institut Zurich - Institut fur angewandte Transaktionsanalyse, earning the Praxiskompetenz Transaktionsanalyse (SGTA) degree.

In 2014, they attended KS Kaderschulen Zurich, obtaining the Dipl. Human Resources Manager NDS HF degree after completing this program in 2015.

Johanna Flury is also certified in Gewaltfreie Kommunikation - Vertiefungslehrgang, which they obtained from The Coaching Company in Kusnacht in October 2021.

Finally, they recently pursued further education at the HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich, focusing on Digitalization in HRM and obtaining the CAS Certificate of Advanced Studies in 2022.
