Muzaffer Seçgin

Muzaffer Seçgin has a diverse work experience in human resources and management roles. Muzaffer'smost recent position was as the Head of Human Resources at Wingie Enuygun Group, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior HR Manager at Trendyol Group from May 2019 to January 2023. Muzaffer also held the position of Head of Compensation Benefits and Payroll at Danone from October 2018 to May 2019. Before that, they worked at Turkcell in various roles, including Senior Expert HR Business Partner and CXO Support Manager & C&B Planning Manager. Muzaffer also has experience as the Head of HR at Callpex Customer Center. Muzaffer started their career at Ekol Logistics as an Organizational Development Manager.

Muzaffer Seçgin has a Master of Engineering - MEng degree in Engineering Management from Istanbul Technical University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Muzaffer also holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the same university, earned between 2001 and 2006. Prior to that, they attended Bornova Anatolian High School from 1998 to 2001, where they completed their high school education with a focus on Mathematics.
