Luz Helena Meza Rueda has over 20 years of experience in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as Líder Talento y Bienestar at Wingo since September 2020, Luz Helena has also been with Copa Airlines as Jefe operaciones de Recursos Humanos since August 2012, providing business partnership in HR operations. Previously, Luz Helena held the position of Directora Recursos Humanos at Financiera Juriscoop from July 2005 to July 2012 and worked as Asistente cuentas corporativas at Productos Publicitarios El Escaparate from February 2000 to January 2005. Luz Helena's educational background includes a degree in Psychology from Fundación Universitaria Konrad Lorenz and a specialization in Human Resource Management from Universidad EAN, complemented by a diploma in Human Resource Management from the Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá.
