Daniyel Cohen has a strong background in real estate and finance. Daniyel began their career as a Real Estate Agent at Gibson Sotheby's International Realty in 2012. After a year, they moved on to Wellington Management, where they worked as a Derivative Operations Analyst Co-Op. In 2014, Daniyel joined UBS Investment Bank as a Credit Risk Analyst Co-Op. In 2015, they joined Winick Realty Group as an Associate, providing store leasing and consulting services. Daniyel then advanced to the position of Associate Director in 2017, managing portfolio and consulting services. Currently, Daniyel holds the role of Director at Winick since September 2020 and is expected to become the Executive Vice President in January 2023.
Daniyel Cohen completed a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development from New York University from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Management, graduating cum laude from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University from 2012 to 2015.
In addition to their formal education, Daniyel Cohen achieved certifications as a Real Estate Salesperson from the New York State Department of Licensing Services in August 2015 and as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson from the Massachusetts Real Estate Board in June 2012.
