Chris Clifford

Chris Clifford is the Vice President of Engineering (Americas) at Winjit Technologies Private Limited. Chris has been with the company for over 1 year and 7 months, and in that time, has been instrumental in setting up agile standards and practices for project management, as well as QA automation practices. Additionally, Chris has overseen cost optimizations with build vs buy techniques, following cost benefit analysis for each project to understand ROI and Good Practice rather than Best Practice to yield optimal profitability and customer success. Under Chris's leadership, the company has seen a reduction in quality issues due to standardization of processes, an increase in bottom line by 'Assembly Line' Software development, and an increase in pace of delivery with Framework and Assembly line approach. Chris Clifford has a Masters in Management Studies from the University of Mumbai and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune. Chris has experience in the field of operations from a 2010 summer internship with Bosch Nasik.
