Stefan Gersmeier

Stefan Gersmeier has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. From 2023 onwards, they served as the Head of Digital Program Office at Winkelmann Group. Prior to this, they worked at Westfalen AG where they held the position of Head of IT Program Management and BI from 2019 to 2023. Before that, Stefan was the Managing Business Enterprise Architect CSS at Capgemini for a brief period in 2018. Stefan also worked at Westfalen AG as the Head of BI and IT Program Management from 2015 to 2018. From 2013 to 2015, Stefan worked at CSC as the Manager of Enterprise Customer Performance. Stefan started their career as a Technology Consultant at buw consulting from 2008 to 2012. Before that, they worked as a Werkstudent at Finanz Informatik GmbH & Co KG from 2003 to 2007. Stefan's earliest work experience was as a Kundenberater at Sparkasse Münsterland Ost in 2002.
