Scott Adkins

Scott Adkins is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain management. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Winland Foods and Director of Operations at TreeHouse Foods since July 2014, Scott supports a four-plant network, leveraging extensive management expertise. Previously, as Plant Manager at ConAgra Foods from 1998 to March 2014, Scott oversaw a facility with a $255 million cost base and nearly $100 million in annual gross profit, leading a large team to achieve significant cost savings and business growth. Scott began a career in various roles at PepsiCo and Nabisco, culminating in a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Purdue University.
