Spence Richardson

Spence Richardson has extensive work experience in the food manufacturing industry. Spence is currently working at Winland Foods as the Chief Manufacturing Officer, where they oversee the production of various private label and branded products across multiple categories. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Operations at TreeHouse Foods, where they managed a workforce of around 4,000 employees across 21 manufacturing sites. Spence'sroles at TreeHouse Foods also included Senior Director of Operations and Plant Manager.

Before joining TreeHouse Foods, Spence worked at Nestle USA as an Operations Manager, and at Nestle Waters as a Logistics Manager and Regional CI Manager. Spence also has prior experience at Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated as a CI Manager, at Pepsico as a Production Manager, at Quaker Oats (PEPSICO) as a Production Supervisor, and at Hormel Foods as a Canning, Labeling, and Thermal Processing Supervisor. Overall, Spence has a strong background in operations and management in the food manufacturing industry.
