Ayman Mamoun

Ayman Mamoun has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Reservation Sales Agent at Winn Hotel Group AB since April 2021. Previous roles include Assistant Group Revenue Manager at Ligula Hospitality Group and Channel Support Coordinator at Scandic Hotels, where responsibilities involved troubleshooting the distribution platform and managing content across channels. Ayman has also worked as a Receptionist at various hotels, including City Stay Hotel and Jumbo Stay, and completed internships in revenue management and in-house sales at At Six Hotel and Clarion Hotel Arlanda. Ayman's educational background includes a degree in Revenue Management from Frans Schartaus Business Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Tourist Guidance from Helwan University, complemented by a Higher Vocational Education Diploma in Hotel and Hospitality Management from the Travel Education Centre.
