Stacy Bogart

Stacy Bogart is an accomplished legal and corporate governance professional with a diverse background spanning several prominent organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member for XPEL and holding the position of SVP, General Counsel, Secretary, and Corporate Responsibility at Winnebago Industries since January 2018, Stacy also contributes to Northern Lakes Capital as an Advisory Council Member. Previous roles include Sr. Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Polaris Industries, General Counsel at Liberty Diversified Industries, and Assistant General Counsel at The Toro Company. Stacy's legal career began at Honeywell as Senior Corporate Counsel and at Gray Plant Mooty as an Associate. Education includes a JD from the University of Iowa College of Law and a BA in English and Political Science from the University of Iowa.
