Ainsley Gibbens

Ainsley Gibbens currently serves as the Stadium Operations Staffing and Payroll Coordinator for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, a position held since August 2022. Previously, Ainsley worked as a Protection and Production Assistant at the Winnipeg Folk Festival from May to July 2022 and gained experience as an Operations Assistant at the Tuxedo Tennis Club between April and September 2021. Ainsley holds a degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management with a specialization in Tourism Management from RRC Polytech, completed in January 2022.
