Sheree D. Reinbach

Sheree Reinbach is a Principal Research Attorney at Winnow. Ms. Reinbach has extensive experience representing residential mortgage and multifamily lenders on origination and servicing laws and regulations and related compliance matters.

Prior to joining the Winnow team, she most recently served as an Executive Director in Morgan Stanley’s Legal and Compliance Division and as a Senior Counsel for the residential mortgage business of Morgan Stanley Private Bank, National Association. She has also represented Fannie Mae on multifamily lending transactions both directly as a consulting attorney and as an associate during her tenure at Arent Fox LLP.

Ms. Reinbach received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School; her M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business; and her B.S. in Mathematics and Business Administration (magna cum laude) from the University at Albany, State University of New York.
