Anna Pometko

Anna Pometko has significant experience in human resources management, currently serving as the HR Manager for Europe & Dubai Commercial Sites at Winoa since February 2007. In this role, Anna partners with general managers and function leaders to implement strategic HR initiatives, manage payroll budgets, and oversee various HR functions such as talent acquisition, performance management, and training. Previous positions include HR Manager for EMEIA Sales Offices and RUSSIA, where Anna focused on aligning HR processes and managing local HR activities, and HR Business Partner for Eastern Europe & Russia, responsible for performance management and compliance with local laws. Anna began a career in human resources at Schneider Electric as a Human Resources Assistant. Anna holds a Master’s degree in Skills Management, HR and Payroll Administration from Université Pierre Mendès-France and a Master of Education in Pedagogy and Psychology for Children with Disabilities from Moscow State Pedagogical University.
