James Goblirsch

James Goblirsch is an Associate Vice President for Facilities Management at Winona State University since March 2018. Prior to this role, James worked as a Principal/Vice President at HGA Architects and Engineers where James specialized in arts, community, and higher education projects. With previous experience as a Project Manager/Office Director at Holabird & Root and a Project Manager/Project Architect at Quinn Evans | Architects, James has a strong background in architecture and project management. James holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Notre Dame, with additional studies in Rome, Italy.
