Julie Anderson currently serves as the Dean of the College of Nursing and Health Sciences at Winona State University, a position held since July 2018. Previous roles include Dean and Professor at The College of St. Scholastica and extensive academic positions at the University of North Dakota, including Acting Director of Libraries, Associate Provost, and Associate Dean of Graduate Studies. Anderson's nursing career began at Altru Health System, where various nursing roles were undertaken from 1984 to 2008. Academically, Anderson holds a PhD in Education with a focus on Research Methodologies, as well as a Master of Science in Parent Child Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, all from the University of North Dakota.
