Robin Hoeg

Robin Hoeg is the Chief Operating Officer of Hospital and Primary Care Services. She provides strategic leadership and administrative oversight to inpatient, outpatient, and community-based services.

Hoeg began her career at Winona Health in 1988 as a registered nurse on the surgical unit and moved to Home Care as a registered nurse in 1992. She then served as the director of Home Care and Hospice in 2003 and became the director of Inpatient Services in 2004. She joined the Senior Leadership team as service line leader of Inpatient Services in 2009 and added Senior Services to her area of oversight in 2014.

Hoeg graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Winona State University in 1988 and received her master’s in Health Care Administration from Bellevue University in Bellevue, Nebraska, in 2005. In 2011, she obtained licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator through the University of Minnesota.
