Kym Holloway

Kym Holloway is an experienced operations executive with a strong background in supply chain management and leadership within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the General Manager of Operations at Signet since November 2021, Kym has previously held senior management roles at PMFresh, Hive & Wellness Australia, and Capilano Honey Limited, focusing on operational efficiency and P&L accountability across various teams. With extensive experience at PepsiCo, including positions as Manufacturing Senior Manager and Operations Senior Manager, Kym has successfully led large teams and driven strategic initiatives to enhance performance and integration across manufacturing sites. Kym Holloway holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Chem), a Master of Business Administration from the University of Adelaide, and completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
