Kathy Kelley

Kathy Kelley has extensive experience in project administration and contracts administration in the construction industry. Kathy has worked at Winter Park Construction (WPC) as Client Services / Warranty Manager, and as a Systems Analyst / Contract Administration. Kathy has also worked at BRPH Companies, Inc., The Jacksonville Port Authority, ABI Construction, and Hardin Construction in various project management roles. Kathy earned an AA degree in Business Management from Hillsborough Community College.
