Sven Gnap is a software developer with experience in DeFi, blockchain research, bug bounty hunting, and software development. In 2021, they began working as a DeFi Software Developer for Wintermute. Sven also began working as a Blockchain Research Assistant at ETH Zürich, where they developed a fast, secure and private blockchain payment system (Ethereum L2) as part of their Bachelor's thesis within the System Security Group. In 2019, they worked as a Bug Bounty Hunter, improving security standards for Swisscom and Swiss Post. In 2020, they worked as a Software Developer, developing a proprietary trading system in Python. Additionally, in 2019 they worked as a Student Assistant at ETH Zürich, where they developed a solution in C enabling cross-platform, wireless real-time communication for the Capskin Glove, a motion-tracking glove within the Interactive Geometry Lab (IGL).

Sven Gnap began their educational journey in 2018, when they enrolled at ETH Zürich to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. In 2020, they also became an Affiliate Student at UCL, also studying Computer Science. Sven is expected to complete their Bachelor's degree at ETH Zürich in 2021.
