Marcus H. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to the present. Marcus began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Computer Futures in August 2011 and continued in this role until June 2012. Marcus then worked as a Commercial Analyst and Business Intelligence professional at Daily Mail and General Trust plc from July 2012 to December 2012. Marcus gained further experience as a Technical Consultant and Data Analyst at Detica between March 2013 and January 2014. Marcus then transitioned to the financial services industry, working as a Middle Office Analyst at MARKET SECURITIES (A Kyte Group Company) from January 2014 to September 2015. Marcus continued to work in operations roles, becoming an Operations Analyst at Maven Securities from September 2015 to December 2018. From January 2019 to April 2021, Marcus held the position of Operations Specialist at Jane Street. Currently, they work as the Head of Middle Office at Wintermute, starting in April 2021.
