Matt S. has a diverse work experience with a focus in sales, strategy, and consulting. Matt started their career at Mondelēz International as a Manager of Global Strategy, where they supported the development of a new strategic planning process. Matt then joined Frontenac as an MBA Intern, working on investment thesis development within the Industrials sector. Matt then moved to Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they served as an Associate, Consultant, Project Leader, and Principal. Matt'sprojects included supporting a large Canadian bank, redesigning sales and operations planning processes, and assessing value creation potential for a Canadian food company. Currently, they hold positions at Winters Instruments, first as Director of Sales, then as Vice President of Canadian Sales, and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer.
Matt S. attended Upper Canada College from an unknown start year to 2007. Matt then went on to Queen's University, where they completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree from 2007 to 2011. In 2010, Matt S. also had the opportunity to study abroad at Copenhagen Business School for one semester. After a few years, they decided to pursue further education and enrolled in Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Matt successfully completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with Distinction from 2015 to 2016.
