Alan Kelly

Alan Kelly has over 20 years of experience in the construction and insurance industries. Alan currently works as the Commercial Lead for Europe at Winthrop Technologies. Prior to this, they held the role of Snr Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager at the same company. Alan also worked at Aviva as the Property Services Manager and Rebuilding Cost Manager. Alan has experience in project management, quantity surveying, and loss adjusting. In addition, Alan has held various roles at RSA, M&P Construction Ltd, Construction Accessories Ltd, and Linesight.

Alan Kelly obtained a B.Sc. (Honours) Degree in Quantity Surveying from Trinity College Dublin in 1998. In the same year, they also completed a Diploma in Construction Economics from Technological University Dublin. In 2007, Alan completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from Trinity College Dublin. In 2012, they obtained a Professional Diploma in Insurance (PDI) from University College Dublin's UCD School of Finance. Alan also holds several additional certifications, including ARICS from RICS, ASCSI from the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland, BDMA Ins Tech from BDMA, CIArb from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, CIP from The Insurance Institute, and ICIOB from The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
