Janet Harris has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Janet Harris has a strong educational background with a focus on public administration and political science. Janet completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Political Science and Public Administration at the University of Central Arkansas from 1991 to 1995. Following that, Janet pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock from 1996 to 1999.

Recently, in 2021, Janet Harris attended the Harvard Kennedy School for Executive Education, where they engaged in a program focused on Public Administration.
