Flora Hatzis

Flora Hatzis, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades in the financial industry. Flora has worked with Wintrust Financial Corporation since 2006, where they currently hold the position of VP Treasury Management Implementation Project Manager. In this role, they have led complex projects and served as the primary liaison for the development of new commercial, retail, and digital banking products. Flora has also acted as the program manager for cross-functional projects and received recognition for their work in implementing the Dodd Frank Act Stress Test (DFAST) program.

Prior to their current role, Flora held the position of AVP Project Manager at Wintrust Financial Corporation, from an unspecified date until November 2019. In this role, they received the highest review rating from federal regulators for their contributions to implementing the DFAST program. Flora also played a crucial role in various commercial, retail, and international projects.

Before joining Wintrust Financial Corporation, Flora worked at State Bank of The Lakes, where they held various roles from 1995 to 2006. Flora'sresponsibilities included serving as a Commercial Banking Manager, where they identified prospective customers, developed business offerings, and oversaw vendor selection. Flora also worked as a Branch Supervisor during their tenure at the State Bank of The Lakes.

Flora Hatzis, PMP, holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Illinois Chicago. Flora also obtained a Paralegal degree from Rosevelt University, with a focus on Law. In addition to their degrees, Flora Hatzis has received the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2017.
