Norah Larke

Norah Larke, MBA, is an accomplished executive in human resources with extensive experience in the financial services industry. As Executive Vice President and Chief HR Officer at Wintrust Financial Corporation since September 2008, Norah leads human resource strategies for a company that operates over 300 locations and employs 5,000 individuals. Prior roles at Wintrust include Senior Vice President of Talent Management and Deputy Chief HR Officer, among others. Earlier in Norah's career, experience as Training Store General Manager at Jamba Juice involved developing management talent. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Marketing from Loyola University New Orleans.
