Thomas Isoa

Thomas Isoa, Pr. Eng., is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in subsea and terrestrial network operations, management, and engineering. Currently serving as the System NOC Manager for the 2Africa GERA Cable Systems at WIOCC, Thomas has successfully implemented processes and established KPIs, leading to the recruitment of a skilled team of telecommunications engineers. Previous roles include significant positions at SEACOM LTD, where achievements include enhancing network reliability and capacity, and SBV, where Thomas built and led the NOC for critical IT systems.
