Shraddha Katekari

Shraddha Katekari has a diverse work experience in human resources, starting from their current role as Lead Business HR - Commercial Lighting at Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager - Human Resource at Tata Motors from 2021 to 2022. From 2017 to 2021, Shraddha held the position of Manager - HR at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, focusing on the Automotive and Farm Equipment Business. Before that, they served as an Assistant Manager - HR at Future Group India from 2013 to 2017. Shraddha began their career as an H.R Recruiter at Orion edutech pvt.ltd in 2011.

Shraddha Katekari completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources from Indira Institute Of Business Management from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology from Modern college of Arts Commerce and Science from 2007 to 2010. Shraddha also attended Judson High School from 2004 to 2005 to obtain their SSC certification.
