At Wipro, Harps is guiding a team of senior recruiters in Europe partnering with Domain & Consulting business unit. His global strategic hiring (GSH) unit provide Exec Search support, insights and high calibre candidates via a number of sourcing channels with a focus on improving Wipro's overall diversity footprint.

Prior to Wipro he played a key role building IBM Consulting's transition into a stronger multi-cloud business by hiring top cloud strategy and transformation profiles whilst leading high profile EMEA wide campaigns. Away from Cloud, Harps also partnered with Business Transformation Services growth platform.

Hays Talent Solutions is the RPO arm of Hays Recruitment. This is where Harps spent four and half years delivering permanent and temporary resources for FTSE100 enterprise clients, regularly winning awards for top billing and performance.

Outside of work he is a proud father, loves spending time with his family and thoroughly enjoys a number of sports and musical tastes.
