Sonia Crainiceanu

Sonia Crainiceanu is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in managing human resources functions across various multinational companies. Currently serving as Sr Manager HR at Wipro since November 2022, Sonia oversees people engagement initiatives and manages the HRBP team in Bucharest. Previously, as Regional HR Leader for TMF Group, Sonia focused on organizational development and strategic HR alignment across South Eastern Europe. Past roles include HRBP at Ericsson and multiple HR management positions at Honeywell, where Sonia contributed to HR strategies spanning talent management and performance improvement. With a strong educational background in human resources management and workplace safety, Sonia holds several advanced degrees from Universidad de Sevilla and the University of Bucharest.
