Saanand Warrier has a diverse work experience starting with their current role as CEO of Wirality, a social and digital agency focused on helping brands achieve business outcomes through creative and data-driven strategies. Saanand also hosts and produces a Q&A show called Wirality101, where they answer questions related to business, marketing, technology, and more. Saanand has experience as a director at Proictus, a sports startup aimed at improving the Indian sporting ecosystem. Saanand was a partner at Red Dot Advisors Pte Ltd, where they focused on digital marketing and brand building. Additionally, they have worked in marketing and sales roles at SAI Logistics and Services and flyjac logistics pvt. ltd. as well as freelancing as an event manager and consultant. Saanand also interned at flyjac logistics pvt. ltd. and gained experience in international trade and logistics.

Saanand Warrier has a Bachelor of Business Management (B.B.M) degree in Business Administration and Management from the Center For Management Studies, Jain University. Saanand also attended Ryan International School for their earlier education. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained an AIFF D Licence from the All India Football Federation in 2015, a Level 2 certification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) in 2012, a Competent Communicator certification from Toastmasters International in 2011, and a Duke of Edinburgh Award - Bronze from The Duke of Edinburgh's Award in 2006.
