Emily Mullin

Emily Mullin is a seasoned science journalist specializing in biotechnology and health reporting. Currently serving as a Staff Writer at WIRED since January 2022, Emily contributes significant insights to the field while also teaching as Adjunct Faculty in the MA in Science Writing Program at The Johns Hopkins University since August 2017. Previous experience includes roles as a Health Reporter for the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, where coverage focused on the Covid-19 pandemic and regional health news, and as a Knight Science Journalism Project Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where research centered on cross-species transplantation.
