Ben Jones

Ben Jones began their work experience in 2005 as an Electrical Engineering Co-Op at McQ Inc. Ben then worked at Alcatel-Lucent as a Technical Project Manager from 2007 to 2009. From 2010 to 2011, they served as an RF Engineer at Connectivity Wireless. Ben then joined On Air Solutions, Inc. as an RF Engineer from 2011 to 2013. Ben worked at Black Box Network Services as a Principal RF Engineer from 2013 to 2016, and later as a Principal Sales Engineer from 2016 to 2017. Ben then joined ExteNet Systems, Inc. as a Senior Sales Engineer from 2017 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Solutions Engineering at Wireless Infrastructure Group since February 2021.

Ben Jones completed their education at The University of Texas at Dallas from 2002 to 2010, where they obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Strake Jesuit College Preparatory from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their educational background, they have obtained several certifications including Private Aircraft Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration in November 2020, iBwave Level 3 Certified from iBwave Solutions Inc. in September 2015, ADRF ADX from Advanced RF Technologies, Inc. in November 2014, Alliance/Express DAS Certification from SOLiD Technologies in September 2014, JMA UPL from JMA Wireless in March 2014, iBwave Level 2 Certified from iBwave Solutions Inc. in December 2013, MobileAccess Commissioning Certified and MobileAccess Design Certified from Corning Optical Communications in November 2011, Wireless Level II Certification for Corning MA1000/2000 products from Corning Optical Communications in June 2016, and iBwave Level 1 Certified from iBwave Solutions Inc.
