Phil Mace

Phil Mace has extensive work experience in the field of telecom construction and project management. Phil started their career as a Site Engineer at Eve Group in 2005, where they managed all aspects of construction sites, including ground works, tower builds, electrics, and rigging. Phil also handled client meetings, personnel management, material sourcing, and problem-solving. In 2008, they joined Babcock International Group as a Project Engineer and later became a Service Delivery Manager.
