Barbara Davis

Barbara Davis, SHRM-SCP, PHR, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Wireless World since August 2014, where responsibilities include developing the HR department and managing staffing, benefits, compliance, performance evaluations, HRIS, and personnel records. In leadership roles within the SHRM community, Barbara holds the position of Secretary for the Iowa SHRM Council and previously served as President of Siouxland SHRM, focusing on education and networking in people management. Prior experience includes roles at First Administrators, Inc. as Team Leader and Enrollment Specialist II, Human Resources Coordinator at Salvation Army Central Division, Human Resources Administrator at Home Instead Senior Care, and Human Resources Officer at Great Western Bank. Barbara earned a Bachelor of Science in Vocational Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
