Allen Parton

Allen Parton, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Allen began their career as a Human Resources Manager at AutoZone in 1992 and held the position for almost a decade. Allen then worked as a Regional HR Manager at Kmart Corporation for a year before moving on to Advance Auto Parts, where they also served as a Regional HR Manager for four years. In 2007, Allen joined Old Time Pottery as the Director of Human Resources and remained in that role for a decade. Alongside their corporate roles, Allen also volunteered as a Coordinator/Speaker at Murfreesboro Career Network (M.C.N.) and as a Chapter President at Stones River SHRM. In 2018, they became the Director of Human Resources at WIRTGEN GROUP.

Allen Parton attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management.
