Arpan Chowdhury

Arpan Chowdhury is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in sourcing and supply chain management. Currently serving as a Senior Sourcing Specialist at WIRTGEN GROUP since February 2022, Arpan has previously held the position of Assistant Procurement Manager at ElectroMech Material Handling Systems, where responsibilities included procurement planning and strategic sourcing from July 2017 to February 2022. Earlier experience as a Procurement Engineer at Crane Fluid Handling involved material planning and implementation of methodologies such as Kanban and Kaizen from September 2013 to July 2017. Arpan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology, completed in May 2013.
